Apply for a 2026 Fellowship
All application materials will be accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
- The Lexington Health Clinical Informatics Fellowship accepts applications through the AAMC ERAS website which is generally open between July to October for positions that start the following July.
- Hybrid (combination of remote and onsite) interviews will be offered to select candidates throughout the Summer and Fall.
- The Lexington Health Clinical Informatics Fellowship will participate in the joint matching process organized by the ACGME accredited Clinical Informatics Programs in mid-December.
- Successful applicants to the Lexington Health Clinical Informatics Fellowship should apply to the University of South Carolina MHIT program by April.
Meet Our Program Manager
Sandra Bolton

Sandra Bolton is the program administrator for the Clinical Informatics Fellowship program. Sandra has over 20 years of experience working with General and Plastic Surgery Residency Programs and Surgical Critical Care Fellowships. She collaborates with program directors in maintaining program/institutional accreditation and is responsible for operational and financial management of programs. She was the recipient of the 2022 S. Darlene Norton Program Administrator Award.
